How Cellentric handles defective, damaged, incorrect, or return-eligible products.

Defect replacement window

  • Please report damaged, defective, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number, product photos or video, packaging photos, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Approved defect cases are handled through replacement, repair support, store credit, or refund depending on product and issue.

Return eligibility

  • Products must be unused, undamaged by the customer, and returned with original packaging and accessories when a return is approved.
  • Used earphones, earbuds, hygiene-sensitive accessories, opened consumables, and products damaged after delivery may not be returnable unless defective on arrival.
  • Compatibility issues should be reported with device model details so support can verify the case.

Refund timeline

  • Refunds are processed only after return approval and product verification where applicable.
  • Once approved, refunds are usually initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Bank, card, UPI, or payment gateway settlement time may vary after the refund is initiated.

Non-returnable cases

  • Customer damage, water damage, tampering, missing accessories, and normal wear are not covered.
  • Color, packaging, or minor design variations may occur in compatible accessories and are not treated as defects unless functionality is affected.
